Training and development play critical roles in helping our employees achieve our aims.
Our UK Training Academy offers staff the Cleaning Proficiency Skills Suite program (CPSS) program and BICSc Cleaning Operative Proficiency Certificate (COPC) and is approved and audited annually by the British Institute of Cleaning Science, the UK’s largest cleaning industry recognised awarding body.
This facility has a COPC licence to deliver training in the workplace approved by the NOCN (National Open College Network).
All Regent Samsic staff undergo induction training on-site, role-specific development CPD training, and can attend training and development events covering equal opportunities and human resources policies/procedures, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and driving courses.
Regent Samsic regularly wins awards and commendations for its work in human resources development such as the ROSPA Gold Award for Occupational Health and Safety, and a Highly Commended Award for Excellence in Training and Assessment within an Accredited Training Organisation by BICSc.
